Explaining the Employer Plans on Underwater Jobs

FREE PLAN
When you first register, you are entitled to a basic FREE plan. It is a default plan and basically a plan to “try it out”. You should know that your FREE listing is limited in the number of jobs that can be posted, the length of time that they are posted (30 days) and the number of resumes that you can search (5 right now.) A FREE plan cannot be renewed. Once the plan expires, then the jobs are delisted, and the number of resumes is limited to the number of credits you have. (If you “upgrade” to a higher plan, the jobs and resumes access can be retrieved.)

  • Unlimited database searching and detailed contact information for 5 resumes.
  • Limited number of jobs (1) to be posted – expires in 1 month from posting.
  • This plan is non-renewable and lasts for 1 month (Free trial only)
 
Basic Plan (adds more value onto the options.)
  • Unlimited database searching and detailed contact information for 50 resumes.
  • Job posting is limited to 2 jobs, and they expire in 3 months from posting.
  • Period of the plan is 3 months and is renewable.
  • Discounted pricing if you chose the "auto-renew" subscription. (auto renews on expiry. Can be changed at anytime) Save money!!!!
 
Standard Plan (Popular)
  • Unlimited database searching and detailed contact information for 250 resumes.
  • Job posting is limited to 7 jobs and they expire in 3 months from posting.
  • Featured (highlighted) jobs (1)
  • Featured company (highlighted logo on front page)
  • Sub accounts (1) (ie: more than 1 person/division can post to the company account.)
  • Period of the plan is 3 months and is renewable.
  • Discounted pricing if you chose the "auto-renew" subscription. (auto renews on expiry. Can be changed at anytime) Save money!!!!
 
Professional Plan (getting serious!) (Popular)
  • Unlimited database searching and detailed contact information for 1000 resumes.
  • Job posting is limited to 15 jobs and they expire in 6 months from posting.
  • Featured (highlighted) jobs (3)
  • Featured company (highlighted logo on front page)
  • Sub accounts (3) (ie: more than 1 person/division can post to the company account.)
  • Period of the plan is 6 months and is renewable.
  • Discounted pricing if you chose the "auto-renew" subscription. (auto renews on expiry. Can be changed at anytime) Save money!!!!
 
Ultimate Plan (full blown job posting and searching)
  • Unlimited database searching and detailed contact information for unlimited resumes.
  • Job posting is unlimited and expire in 6 months from posting.
  • Featured (highlighted) jobs (3)

  • Sub accounts (5) (ie: more than 1 person/division can post to the company account.)
  • Period of the plan is 6 months and is renewable.
